Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to be able to provide proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at coffee@phantomcoffeeroasters.com.au. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to exchange the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Roasted coffee is a perishable food product, so please select your items carefully as we cannot accept returns for wrong purchases.
If you have received the wrong order or grind type we will happily rectify and send the correct order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Our Coffee; every effort is taken to ensure our coffee meets our required standards. Each roast batch is cupped and evaluated by our Quality Control team who have worked in the coffee industry for numerous years, judged many industry events and have been a licensed Q Grader.
